Super healthy seed crackers, believe me they are very easy to make! High fiber, protein and essential vitamins. I love these with hummus or a soft cheese, even the kiddos like them.

Pre heat your oven to 350. Mix everything together in a bowl using a spatula, and let sit for about 30 mins. Most of the water will be absorbed. Then pour the mixture onto a parchment lined baking sheet, spread evenly to about a 1/4" thickness. Set in oven and bake for about 50 mins, or until the edges are a golden brown and crisp. Don't go to far, these can bake quickly at the end.
Allow 10 mins to cool on the baking sheet, before breaking your crackers in pieces.
