Delivery & Pickup Policy

We currently have two options: pickup in store or local delivery.
 
Where do we deliver? Currently we only service Cornwall, Martintown, St. Andrews to Ingleside addresses only. See checkout for current delivery prices & minimums. $5 local delivery, $10 local delivery for surrounding area.

Estimated Cornwall delivery time: within 1-2 business days.

Estimated Surrounding Area Delivery time: within 2-4 days.
   

Local pickup: You will receive an email confirmation when your order is ready for pickup. Orders are estimated to be ready within 24 hours. Please wait for your confirmation email before your arrival.

Ontario Canada Orders Only. Delivery only available for select locations.

FAQ: What if I am just outside your delivery radius? Can I pay a little bit more to have it delivered?

No refunds on any food items.

No refunds on bulk, refill or personal care items.

Refunds are at the discretion of The Local Fill. Items must be in original, new condition, with original tags and receipts.
