I can make tortilla shells at home, using only 4 ingredients, they’re gluten free and I can buy the ingredients in bulk at The Local Fill?”


I tried a quick batch for dinner last night and I was so pleased with the results 🌮  (Bite missing in picture...I was hungry)


1 cup of organic chic pea flour
1/2 cup of tapioca starch
1 cup of water
1/3 teaspoon salt and seasoning of your choice

Whisk together. Heat a little oil in a non stick pan/skillet on low-medium heat. Pour about 1/3 cup of the batter into the pan and cook for 2 minutes, then flip and cook for about 1 minute. Enjoy!

We added Italian seasonings in a few and Sriracha sauce in others.
