Sometimes you’re in a rush, you have places to be and everyone’s starving. Enter, the easiest pasta sauce there ever was. Packed with nuts, protein and flavour!Here’s what you’ll need👇• 6-8 sun dried tomatoes (see notes)• 2 Tbsp of olive or avocado oil☝️• 1 Tbsp nutritional yeast• 1 handful of raw cashews - not soaked• 1 Tbsp of tomato paste• 300 ml of veggie stock• 3 basil leaves chopped (optional)• Salt and pepper to tasteServing: Cook enough pasta of your choice, to make up 2 servings.Blend all the sauce ingredients together in a food processor or blender until smooth, you can add some pasta water at the end if you desire a more liquid consistency.  Pour sauce in a small sauce pan to briefly warm it up.Mix the pasta with the sauce, top your pasta with your chopped basil and enjoy.🌿Notes: when using our sun dried tomatoes, mix them with about a 2 Tbsp of oil to soften. This is the oil used in the recipe.
